Chef. Franco Sommariva
Born in Trentino, Italy, Chef Franco came to Korea in 1999, and has been in charge of the Allatorre kitchen since 2015.
In his free time, he grows organic vegetables in the Allatorre rooftop garden, and shops for groceries himself every day to achieve healthy and wholesome foods.
Franco is a master chef with experience at globally renowned restaurants including the JW Marriott 'Olive', Shanghai 'Vabene', Mumbai Grand Hyatt 'Celini', and Hong Kong 'Sabatini'. He recreates the traditional flavors of Italy with only the finest environmentally-friendly ingredients.

He is a sommelier with vast knowledge about wine and has been with Allatorre since 2002.
